Chocolates

One of my favortie shows on Lifestyle network is "The Iron Chef America". it is a cooking show where two chefs will have cooking battle; they will use one major ingredient and the should make five entrees in one hour! beat that! and last sunday, their major ingridients were chocolate and coconut... Mario Batali one of the iron chefs won the game! and before they ended the show, one of the hosts said..

"life is like chocolate, without bitterness, sweetness will never mean a thing"

oh yeah! damn right!
